Development of Land Foxhall Road
Levington and Stratton Hall residents will be aware of the recent media coverage on the proposed development of 1300 properties and associated infrastructure. The developers have now launched a consultation website. Although as regards the building it won't directly affect our Parish residents however it will indirectly affect our residents due to the increase in traffic in the local area. Of course this development is in addition to the Brightwell Lakes development in Brightwell and Martlesham which is currently taking place. Your Chairman will be attending a meeting with the agents for Bloors, the developers, and will be working on behalf of the Parish to bring back as much information as possible. The Parish Council will keep residents updated on the current position as it progresses.
